Ghorm is a gigantic worm Core Keeper Gameplay that goes around the center of the map in a circle; it won't stop to fight you until you can do enough damage to it. I recommend having Iron equipment along with a bow in order to hurt it in the small window where it passes by a part of its tunnel.
